Never to early to plan

Estate Planning

Estate planning is the process of arranging for the maintenance or disposal of all of the things you own, as well as granting authority to others to handles your affairs, upon your death or incapacity. A typical estate plan includes 5 or 6 documents: a will, a designation of health care surrogate (DHCS), a living will (not to be confused with a “will”), a durable power of attorney (DPOA), a revocable trust (also referred to as a living trust), and a designation of preneed guardian.
